We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and we offer several shipping options:

- UPS Ground: 5 to 8 working days.
- FedEx Two Business Day PM: Delivered in just 2 business days.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Arrives the next business day.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $200! For orders under $200, standard shipping rates will apply. Simply choose the option that works best for you at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package until it reaches your door.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and undamaged jewelry in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

Absolutely! We offer customizations on select pieces right here on our website. From lab-grown diamonds to meaningful birthstones, you’ll find plenty of options to make your jewelry truly yours. Just look for the customization feature on applicable products

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend avoiding exposure to water, perfumes, and lotions to preserve the shine and longevity of your jewelry. Each piece comes with care instructions specific to the materials used.
