1. BRIDAL WARRANTY:
We are committed to the high quality of our jewelry. We provides a complimentary lifetime warranty for all Bespoke and bridal pieces. This warranty covers any quality issues resulting from manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds, loose prongs, or missing pavé stones.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. This warranty also does not cover lost or stolen items.
If you experience any issues with your engagement ring or wedding band, please reach out to your bridal consultant for guidance on how to proceed with the repair.
2. FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY:
We guarantee that all jewelry is delivered without defects. We take great care to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact our Customer Care team via chat or email us at eclatdorteam@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
We stand behind the quality of our fine jewelry. Éclat D’Or offers a complimentary three-year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases made within the U.S. This warranty covers any issues arising from manufacturing defects, such as loose diamonds, loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps, or broken soft chains. Within the first year of purchase, Éclat D’Or will repair any manufacturing or quality-related issues free of charge. From the second to the third year after delivery, Éclat D’Or will inspect any piece at no cost. If damage is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will repair it at no cost to you. For damages considered to be from normal wear and tear, a fee will be determined based on an assessment by our Jewelers. Once a fee is established, someone from Éclat D’Or will contact you to arrange payment. Beyond three years from the delivery date, Éclat D’Or will gladly assist with any repair for a fee plus additional tax and a $15 shipping charge.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizing, lost, or stolen pieces are also not covered.

Please note that any modifications or repairs done by a third party outside of Éclat D’Or will void this warranty.
