Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within the specified No Fee Return Period from the invoice date. Please check the Product Return Timelines below.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, such as boxes, bags, and envelopes.
- Customized, personalized, and non-returnable items are excluded.
2. Return Processing:
- Once your return is processed, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or credit via the original payment method.
- Items returned due to manufacturing defects will be exchanged.
3. Return Shipping Instructions:
- Insurance for the full value of the items is required, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Use plain or unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
- For high-value items, double boxing is recommended. Seal both boxes with clear or fiber tape for added security.
- Do not leave your return in a drop box. Schedule a pickup or drop off at the carrier’s facility and obtain a receipt with the tracking number.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Hazardous materials and COD shipments.
- Items that do not comply with our return guidelines or show signs of abuse.

6. Product Return Timelines:
- Éclat D’Or Diamonds with Reports and Notable Gems: 10 Days
- All Other Products (including Made to Order items): 30 Days
- Deals or Discounted Items: Nonrefundable.
- Returns made outside these timelines may incur a 15% restocking fee.
7. Additional Fees:
- Additional fees may apply for not adhering to return guidelines or sending unaccepted items.
